After purchase, you will receive a collection receipt by email.
The collection receipt is not a valid annual pass and does not grant admission.
You must present the collection receipt at our ticket counters at the main entrance during your first visit. There, your annual pass will be issued in card format.
The validity of the annual pass begins on the date of purchase. Annual passes are personal and non-transferable.
